A family-friendly place to crash

The bedsheets are crispy clean and the pillows were so comfortable, I didn't want to get up. The staff even made my kids a bowl of cereal at noon, that was a nice touch!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

The unit was comfy.

I loved the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The room was quiet and it had a clean bathroom.

The breakfast was decent, especially the waffle toppings. Breakfast time was unexpectedly confusing. I ended up having to rush for the waffles. The staff could have handled my questions better.

The room had a spot on the wall that appeared to be blood. The location was a bit noisy on New Year's Eve.

I loved the hotel, it was perfectly clean with amiable and caring staff at the reception desk. The location was ideal, close to Riverdale Shopping Center. The area was nice enough. That was what I call nice place for stopover.

The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with a decent-sized refrigerator and a TV with good channel selection. Check-in service was lacking, as staff seemed more focused on their phones than assisting guests. The hot water in the shower was barely warm, and breakfast options were disappointing. With so many better choices available, it's wise to consider other hotels in the area.

Loved the spacious room and the lovely outdoor pool-perfect for our family! The location made it easy to explore and grab meals. Highlights included comfy beds and friendly housekeeping staff.

The shower leak reminded me of an indoor waterfall; I prefer my water features outdoors!

The staff was great Andrell the gentleman at the front desk and the young lady who cleaned the room were great! The bed was awesome!

The bathroom door was stuck it was very hard to get out of the bathroom. The room temperature was hard to regulate. The toilet was running constantly making a loud noise. The breakfast was disgusting and the area was so messy there wasn't even room to sit down and eat. We ate out everyday when we paid to eat at a hotel that offered breakfast but it was disgusting and the area was not clean at all very different from the Holiday Inn Express. Why offer breakfast if you don't have the space and it's just something thrown together?
